Daniel had his 2nd airplane trip within 3 months! We went, along with Mom, Kaycee, and Aunt Kim, down to New Mexico to visit Judy and Barry and the boys. Daniel is a great job on the airplane trip. He didn't cry at all!
New Mexico was fun. We were there for 6 days and it was fun just spending time with the family. Daniel had a ball destroying Judy's house-it isn't baby proof! He had a hard time sleeping but that can be expected being in a new place. He especially loved playing with his big cousins Alex, Trent, and Zach. I don't think they are used to having a baby around but they made him laugh and played with him all the time.
Judy's cooking is amazing and I gained 7 lbs in 6 days! Geez...I do need to get that gym membership. We practically went shopping the entire time (Kaycee needed to find a Prom dress) and when we came home, Jacob surprised us with a new truck!
Daniel got his own authentic maracas and I bought a cheap-o Mexican blanket for $7.99! What a steal!
